These tools support internal review and do not guarantee any hiring decision. eFund Insurance may review, modify, override, or disregard AI-assisted outputs at any time.
5. Candidate Routing
Applicants may be routed into different internal statuses, such as Fast-Track, Book, Review, Hold, Drop, or Future Consideration.
These statuses are internal workflow tools and do not guarantee hiring, rejection, or future consideration.
6. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, you agree that eFund Insurance may contact you regarding your application and related career opportunities by phone, email, or text message.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website or applicant portal
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Interfere with website security or functionality
